Explore mask-making through an architectural lens in this three-week class. Using foam core and reused materials, students will design and construct structural masks that can be worn or displayed.
Abbyanne Osullivan
Abby O’Sullivan is an American-born Costume Designer and artist who began her career creating designs for performing artists, showcased at The BOX NYC, before transitioning into film Costume Design with the Oscar-nominated Frozen River.
Her film credits include Sinister, Dark Harvest (MGM), A24’s Mississippi Grind.
The Map of Tiny Perfect Things, and Gifted for FilmNation Entertainment.
Abby's work has been featured at festivals such as Sundance, the Independent Spirit Awards, and the Academy Awards.
In addition to her film work, Abby is an accomplished fine artist, specializing in textile and fiber arts.
