Ugly, cute, chaotic, and totally you
In the spirit of the season, let’s have a little fun. This mixed media art workshop invites adults to relax, connect, and make something imaginative, an invitation to slow down, tune in, and meet whatever shows up with curiosity and care.
We’ll explore our inner wild things through collaborative drawing games, creative prompts, and monster mood boards. Whether your monster is glittery, grumpy, giggling, or gloriously unexpected, it’s invited.
You’ll learn simple techniques for designing one of a kind characters using shape, texture, and personality to bring your monster to life. This is a playful, beginner friendly dive into character design.
Through drawing games and intuitive prompts, we’ll explore how art can help us notice, name, and express a character who is waiting to be revealed. You’ll leave with a creature that’s uniquely yours.
Expect collaborative drawing, playful prompts, and creative exploration to bring your creature to life. Just come as you are and enjoy the process.
What to expect: Drawing games that spark laughter • Creative prompts to guide your monster making • Optional sharing, zero pressure • All materials provided, just bring your curiosity
Let’s mash. Let’s make. Let’s meet the monsters that live just beneath the surface and make space for their mischief.
