Apple Macaron Workshop

Celebrate apple picking season with this hands-on class dedicated to crafting delicious apple macarons (ma-ka-rohns). You’ll learn the art and science behind these delicate French treats, with a cozy seasonal twist. Deb will guide you step-by-step through the process, sharing essential techniques and tips for achieving smooth shells and perfectly balanced fillings.

Participants will gain hands-on experience piping, baking, and assembling apple macarons. You’ll leave with step-by-step instructions, a detailed recipe, a troubleshooting guide, and a list of recommended equipment to help you recreate them at home.

Please note that participants will work in pairs during the class. If you purchase a single ticket, you may be paired with another guest.

This class is not suitable for those with nut allergies (almond flour is used)

Through family celebrations, friends, and her former business, Deb’s Place, she has created countless cakes, cookies, and desserts. Deb especially enjoys teaching cake and craft classes—often to children—because passing on her skills is just as rewarding as creating something beautiful.
