Mastering French Macarons with Deb

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the art and science of making French macarons (ma-ka-rohns), including essential tips and techniques for mastering these delicate treats. Deb will guide you through creating macaron shells and demonstrate how to prepare popular fillings.

Participants will gain hands-on experience piping, baking, and assembling macarons. You’ll leave with approximately two dozen macarons, along with step-by-step instructions, a detailed recipe, a troubleshooting guide, and a list of recommended equipment to help you recreate them at home.

This class is not suitable for those with nut allergies (almond flour is used).
