Call to Musicians
River Arts is seeking musicians who are interested in our second season of Music on Main. Music on Main takes place on Fridays in July and August at the Union Bank Gazebo on Lower Main Street in Morrisville. Performances last from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
At this time, River Arts is able to compensate musicians $100/night + any tips, with a possibility for more for larger acts. We prefer musicians to provide their own equipment.
Interested musicians should send an email with a letter of interest with links to listen to info@riverartsvt.org .
We will be considering submissions until all nights are booked!
Music on Main: Downtown Friday Music in July and August
Join us Friday evenings, rain or shine this July and August for our second season of a new downtown music series presented by River Arts in partnership with the Morristown Alliance for Culture and Commerce (MACC). Bring a chair, get a bite to eat from one of our local restaurants, and enjoy our downtown while listening to local musicians.
Interested in helping to sponsor this event? We’re looking for local businesses and organizations who could help us expand this series! River Arts prides itself on being able to provide equitable employment opportunities for artists and musicians. Sponsoring this event will help us bring on larger acts, perhaps a sound tech, and help us pay for our teen assistants who will set up and take down each night.
