Pilates-a class that focuses on core (abdominals, waist, back and hips). The class incorporates many different body weight exercises...pushups, planks, squats...Any level of fitness may attend, but as it can be an aggressive class, many modifications are offered for beginning level participants. Please bring a mat and water. The class does not require shoes.• Classes on Thursday, May 25th and Monday, June 5th will take place at the Morrisville Senior Center.
